Shadow

I create realistic western and wildlife graphite pencil drawings with the goal to achieve realism with a story line full of emotion and desire. The fascinating American western culture symbolizes the romantic lifestyle of the west portraying grit and hard work of cowboys and cowgirls. The wildlife drawings reflect the fascinating world of animals within their natural environment.

I am extremely obsessed with the intricate approach of representing reality as accurately and authentically as possible. I present the details with realistic accurate proportions to achieve a natural sense of depth and space.

I chose my subject matter to tell a story in a natural environment with real people, animals and events that will draw my viewers into the story

The creation of these scenes stimulates passion, love, joy, and respect. The viewer’s eye flows smoothly throughout the scene and captures their attention dramatically. I feel there is an emotional appreciation for the outdoors and the animals that call that their home. The drawings stimulate a strong desire for adventure and excitement and leave the viewer craving more. I strive to give the viewer a realistic, interesting story to stir emotions and create a yearning for more.

After training numerous horses with the Method and seeing the quiet, willing partners they developed into, Tammra became a firm believer in Clintons approach to horsemanship and decided to pursue the Academy. I want to share the Method with other horse owners because I could have gotten myself killed by my lack of knowledge, Tammra says. I want to save others from going through my experience. Theres nothing more rewarding than helping people create safe, fun partnerships with their horses.
